Beta support

Support is by email. The beta does not promise a response time or emergency assistance. Include “FlorinDash” and the affected screen in your subject. If a result looks wrong, stop relying on it until it has been checked. Use synthetic figures in reports and keep your own plan export.

Sign-in

Check your email address and spam folder. Use the most recent code. The sign-in screen provides a resend option after its cooldown.

Plan data

Export your local plan from Settings before intentionally changing or deleting information. Cloud backup and file export are separate. If you see a backup conflict, compare the device and cloud versions before restoring. Sign out before sharing a device.

Incomplete deletion

If account deletion reports an incomplete result, use its retry action. New writes remain paused while deletion is pending. A network failure is not evidence that nothing changed.

Report a confusing result

Record the screen name, the steps taken, what you expected and what happened. Use synthetic figures where possible. Do not include login codes, account credentials, full financial exports or another person's data.

Beta exercise

1. Try the sample plan without signing in.
2. Explain which income sources cover the retirement bridge.
3. Find the return and tax assumptions.
4. Compare two retirement dates.
5. Identify a limitation that could matter to your household.

The beta's purpose is to learn whether people can complete these tasks and explain the results without assistance. No analytics or feedback submission is implied by reading this page.
