Beta privacy notice

FlorinDash is in development. This notice describes the current beta's data handling. FlorinDash is a product of Red Linden LLC, identified on its published website privacy page as a Wyoming limited liability company. Use the synthetic sample if you do not wish to provide personal information.

Information and storage

Signing in uses an email address and a one-time code managed by Supabase Auth. Your plan can include household ages, income, expenses, debts, investments and retirement assumptions. The application stores this plan on your device. Cloud backup can send a versioned copy to your signed-in account; check its current setting in Settings. Backup is enabled by default for existing accounts unless you turn it off.

Cloudflare hosts the website and API. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Cloud backup is not end-to-end encrypted: the service can process the stored plan. It is separate from a file you export to your own device.

Market data and operational traffic

Market requests use tickers and economic series. Some searches contact Yahoo Finance or TSP directly, so those services receive normal connection metadata. Google Fonts receives requests for the application's fonts. Hosting and authentication services receive the traffic needed to provide and protect the service. Optional operational error reporting is designed to redact plan amounts and personal identifiers; its production configuration has not yet been independently verified.

Your controls

• Edit your inputs in the application.
• Export your local plan from Settings. Treat the exported file as sensitive financial information.
• Turn off future cloud backup in Settings. Turning backup off does not erase existing cloud copies.
• Sign out to remove this device's plan and session. This does not delete the account or its cloud backup.
• Delete your account in Settings to request removal of current account records and the sign-in identity. If deletion is incomplete, the application reports that status and offers a retry.

Retention and historical records

The application retains up to 20 backup versions under its current server settings. Provider backup retention and the disposition of data from the retired assistant feature require separate verification. No claim is made here that all historical provider copies have already been erased.

Applicable jurisdictions, provider retention details, any required mailing address and final commercial policies still need verification before broader enrollment or payment collection.
